SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Time and Rules
1.1 Estimated Shipping Time
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 working days
- Standard Shipping (Registered Mail): 12-30 working days
Please note:
- These are estimated delivery times only; QiiFPV cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
- The estimated delivery time may be longer if any battery is included in your order.
- If an item is out of stock, typically it takes 1-2 or more weeks to ship.
- Incorrect information that objects to the 1.5 Address Information Requirement below may result in unsuccessful delivery and delays in receiving your package.
1.2 Track Package
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number (you need to register on the QiiFPV website when placing the order).
Alternatively, log in to your QiiFPV account and view your order history. This will show if it was shipped and provide a tracking link if available.
- Status "Shipped" but no tracking: Your order is packaged and will be shipped shortly.
- Status "Processing": We have received your order and will be shipping it as soon as possible.
You can also enter the tracking number to check your package shipment status below. Please contact QiiFPV customer support for help if you are not able to track it.
1.3 Batteries Shipping
Some countries or remote regions are forbidden to ship stand-alone batteries due to restricted Customs rules. We will notify you if we are unable to ship batteries to your location.
- Expedited Shipping (e.g., DHL): Stand-alone batteries are prohibited.
- Devices packed with ≤ 2 batteries (e.g., drones) are available to be shipped.
- Devices with batteries contained inside (e.g., transmitters or goggles) are accepted without limits.
Battery Type Definitions:
- Stand-alone: Package ONLY contains batteries or cells; NO equipment.
- Packed with: Package contains equipment + cells or batteries that are NOT installed in the equipment (e.g., BNF drones with batteries or RTF drone kits).
- Contained in: Package has lithium batteries contained in equipment (properly installed in the equipment they are intended to operate, e.g., radio transmitter or goggles).
1.4 List of Countries or Region That Prohibit Importing Drones or Batteries
Choosing standard shipping will be restricted for the following:
- Asia: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, Oman
- Africa: South Africa
- Regions (Prohibit batteries): Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO
Note: Drone shipments are available if you choose expedited shipping like DHL.
1.5 Address Information Requirement
Incorrect information may result in unsuccessful delivery.
- Special Regions: Orders with military or government addresses in Russia and Ukraine cannot be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Ukraine: Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot ship drones/FPV Kits. Batteries, frames, and accessories can still be shipped.
- Germany: Provide full street address and house number. No omissions.
- Japan: Provide full street address and house number. Abbreviations with only numbers are not permitted.
- Australia: Provide the correct postal code matching the city. Ensure the city name is correct without abbreviations. Search postcodes here.
- Hong Kong or Macao: Fill address and name in Chinese (Traditional).
- Taiwan: Fill address and name in Chinese (Traditional) and provide personal ID number (Customs requirement).
- South Korea: Provide Personal Clearance Code. Apply here.
- Brazil: Provide your tax number (CPF).
- Chile: Provide your individual tax number.
- India: Provide Adhaar Card/Pan Card/KYC number. Provide tax number if ordering as a company.
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Shipments may be declined.
1.6 Exceptions to Liability for Delays
QiiFPV assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to:
- Remote region transportation (3-7 days delay) or island areas (7+ days delay, e.g., Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
- Consignee actions: changing address, wrong address/contact info, refusal to receive.
- Force Majeure: Weather, war, government actions, natural disasters, etc.
- Delivery attempts on weekends/holidays.
- Inaccessible addresses (schools, secure communities). Please provide a permanent street address.
2. Shipping Method and Fee
2.1 Standard Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders of $99 or more (excluding heavy products like backpacks and RC batteries).
- Shipping Fee:
- Orders $0 – $98.99: Charged $5.
- Heavy products are not available for free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated separately.
- Fees may vary for remote regions.
Excluded from free shipping (due to volume): FPV Goggles, LiteRadio Series, Storage Cases.
2.2 Expedited Shipping
Available worldwide. Fees shown at checkout.
Note: Purchasers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
2.3 Additional Shipping Fee
- Expedited Shipping with Batteries: Extra fee applies if order includes >2 batteries (violating 1.3 policy).
- Reshipping Costs: Applied if packages are returned due to incorrect address or customs issues caused by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Request a Return/Exchange online with QiiFPV customer support.
QiiFPV offers a 14-day return policy on all new, unopened equipment and a 30-day warranty and exchange beginning on the day the customer receives the product(s).
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing once it arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days. The consumer will be awarded an exchange once QiiFPV customer assistance has accepted the request.
Shipping Fees for Returns
- Consumer Reason: The consumer is responsible for the shipping fee based on the express company chosen.
- Our Reason (Damaged/Incorrect Goods): The consumer is NOT required to bear the shipping fee.
Return Categories
New and Unused Product
- Policy: 14-day return policy starting from delivery date.
- Conditions: Must be brand new, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Packaging must be intact with all accessories.
- Requirements: Proof of new condition (high-quality photos/video).
- Restocking Fee: 15% fee applies if the item is new but requires repackaging.
- Note: Shipping costs for unwanted products are not refundable.
Return the Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product, contact QiiFPV customer service within 14 days. The product must be unused. We will resend the correct product after receiving the return.
Quality Issues & Warranty
- Manufacturer Defect: 30-day warranty. Exchange or store credit offered.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by customer (modification, water damage, misuse, etc.), 3rd party firmware, non-recommended parts.
Specific Product Warranties
- General Accessories (Antennas, monitors, etc.): 30-day manufacturer defect warranty.
- RTF Kit / BNF Drones: 30-day manufacturer defect warranty. QiiFPV will repair or replace. Excludes crashes, modifications, or water damage.
- FPV Cameras: 30-day manufacturer defect warranty.
- FPV Goggles: 30-day manufacturer defect warranty. Returns due to "bad fitment" subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Flight Controllers / ESC / VTX: 15-day QiiFPV warranty for manufacturer defects. Excludes soldering damage, reverse polarity, etc.
- Motors: 30-day warranty. Please check screw length before spinning up.
